LuckyLouis Account Verification (KYC)
LuckyLouis runs a Know Your Customer (KYC) check to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. The casino asks for documents through the account verification area or via a secure upload link.
Verification is requested before the first withdrawal, after a high-value withdrawal request, or when account activity triggers a compliance check (for example, changes to personal details, new payment methods, or unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns). LuckyLouis can also pause withdrawals until KYC is approved.
Most checks complete within 24–72 hours after you upload clear files. If the documents are unclear, expired, or don’t match the account details, the review takes longer because the casino requests re-uploads.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a colour photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID. LuckyLouis checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and that the image is readable (no glare, no cropped edges). Some cases require a selfie holding the document to confirm the account holder matches the ID.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 3 months that shows your full name and residential address. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots without issuer details are rejected; the file must show the issuer name, date, and full address.
- Payment method: LuckyLouis verifies the payment method used for deposits. For a bank card, upload images of the card showing the last 4 digits and your name; cover the middle digits and the CVV code. For an e-wallet, upload a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID. For bank transfer, LuckyLouis may request a bank statement or an account confirmation page showing the account holder name and IBAN.
Once approved, LuckyLouis keeps the verification status on file and repeats checks when you change key details (name, address, payment method) or when withdrawal patterns require an updated review.
Current state: LuckyLouis KYC is a document upload process triggered mainly by withdrawals and compliance flags, with
