LuckyLouis lets you sign in to your account from a desktop or laptop using any modern browser. The login button sits in the top menu; enter the email address and password you used at registration to open your personal area.
Mobile access works the same way on Android and iPhone through the site in your phone’s browser, with the layout adjusted for smaller screens. You need an existing LuckyLouis account to log in; without one, the personal area stays locked until you complete registration.
Open LuckyLouis in your browser, tap “Log in,” and enter the email and password you used at sign-up. If it keeps loading, turn off any ad blocker/VPN for that tab and reload once before trying again.
Use “Forgot password” on the login page and reset it through the email link, then sign in with the new password. If you use a password manager, delete the saved entry and save the updated one after you log in.
Check Spam/Junk and search your inbox for “LuckyLouis,” then request the email again from the login screen. If your mailbox blocks automated mail, add the LuckyLouis sender to your safe list and resend once.
LuckyLouis login runs through your browser, so biometric login depends on your device and whether it saved the password. Turn on password saving in your browser or password manager, then enable Face ID/Touch ID access there.
Turn on cookies for the site and disable “Clear cookies on exit” in your browser settings. If you’re using Private/Incognito mode, switch to a normal tab because sessions don’t persist there.
You can sign in on multiple devices, but the casino may end the older session when a new one starts for security. If you see repeated logouts, stick to one device during play and withdrawals.
